Hi Yokota,
Dropout for linear regulators has a linear relationship with Iout. As such we can calculate the dropout using a simple ratio and the data provided in the Electrical Characteristics table. Below I will demonstrate with TLV758P
For a 1 V output at 500 mA we see that the maximum dropout is 570 mV.
Vdo_300 mA / 300 mA = Vdo_500 mA / 500 mA
Vdo_300 mA / 300 mA =570 mV / 500 mA
Vdo_300 mA / 300 mA = 1.14 mV / mA
Vdo_300 mA = 1.14 mV / mA x 300 mA
Vdo_300 mA = 342 mV
Our calculated maximum dropout for a 1 V output for TLV758P at 300 mA is 342 mV.
