hi all,

do we have characterization data of the internal FET that discharge the SS cap in fault/disable?

is there a max cap value that can be applied to the SS pin?

In particular, a 2.2uF SS cap, might be a problem?

For the SS discharge capability, we should have the data. As this week is public holiday in China, we will reply once get back to work at next Monday.

Sorry for late as we just back office.

Are you using LMR14050 in SO8 package? the inside discharge FET has RDS(on) below 100 ohm. The Vin or EN toggle Off time should be larger than (3~5)x100xCss (us)
