LM2765: Operation of the LM2765 at high temperature

I have aqestion about LM2765.

It is used in the circuit diagram shown in the figure below.
The PWM signal is input to the SD terminal.

When the ambient temperature is raised,
The VOUT rises linearly at 80 ° C ambient temperature when the SD pin is high.
It increases to the maximum rating. After that the output drops.
Have you ever had such a phenomenon?
I do not know the cause, please support.

Hi Ishiwata-san
The device should shut down when SD pin voltage is greater than 40% of the V+ pin voltage. Would you please check the SD pin voltage again?
Also, the SD pin voltage should be less than the V+ pin voltage +0.3V, would you please check this one too ?

I also think that the SD pin is problematic.
I already checked the customer about the SD pin.
Is the output abnormal depending on the ambient temperature?
