For PCA9306DCUR 

How can I know for sure, what is the Lead finish of PCA9306DCUR from datasheets (CU NIPDAU or CU SN) ? The marking on the component is BD7Z and it looks Sn plated. 

I have another one that has the marking of 7BDS and it looks like "goldish" plated i.e. NIPDAU 

Pls. approve my assumptions and guide me how to order it with this desired plating. NIPDAU or SN

    Hello Itamar,

    You are correct. Top-side markings beginning with BD7 are Sn plated. The same goes for markings 7BDP and 7BDQ. Markings of 7BDS or 7BDR would have NiPdAu plating.

    You could be assured to get NiPdAu plating by choosing one of the "green" packaging options that are denoted with G4 or E4 suffixes on the orderable part number. Unfortunately I'm not aware of a way to specify Sn plating, but please let me know if this is what you need and I can double-check with our team to see whether there are any available options.
