TPS65133: Only Negative Supply Operation

Hello,

Due to restrictions in board space we cannot place the positive output components (inductor and capacitor) and only need the -5V output. At the moment we do not see any activity (switching) at the inductor nor any voltage at -5V. Please advise.

Hello,

Design of this device requires VPOS boost inductor and output capacitor to work properly even if you only use the negative supply. You are seeing expected behavior of the device when these components are not installed.
