LM5576: LM5576: Stability study

Hi everybody,

I'm a newbie and I build a 5V with a LM5576. Now I try to model my power supply (I used LTSPICE) to study its stability (gain margin). I used the application schematic presented in the datasheet.

Can someone help me to do that, please?

Hello,

I think Webench is a good starting point to get you started. If you go to this product folder and on the bottom right section there is a Design Tools tab and you can enter your requirements there

Here is one example of 5V design

Hello Arief,

Thanks for your answer. I obtained the result, that I'm looking for (bode plot) with webench.ti.com/.../SDP.cgi.

But I have a last question, Can I have the same result with TINA if I used the spice model of LM5576?

Hi Pierre,

I have not made the comparison yet between the two simulation model but you can try using Spice model and see if you have similar answer to webench.
