May I learn from you that do we have smaller size part can meet below requirement?

Input Voltage: 2.5-5V

Output Voltage: 1.8V/1.2V

Current: at least 1A

Package: WDFN

LM26420 is available in a 4 x 4 WQFN package but the minimum input voltage is 3 V not 2.5 V. Can you use Vin min of 3.0 V?

The is TPS624xx-Q1 in a 3x3 package. The IC package size is not really the major driver. It is more in line with the associated passives. Can you tell me your application and exact required specifications? What is your needed solution size? Can you place components on both sides of the PCB?
