TL5002: TL5002

Part Number: TL5002
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5002

Hi,
I am a student from Chalmers University of Technology. I am working on my master thesis for building an offboard mobile charger for Electric Vehicle. In the process of simulation, I would like to design a power control for the charger. Thus, I am using GaN network for simulating the PFC circuit. But I need to generate a PWM signal in Pspice for the design. I saw your product TL5002 which absolutely fits my design. I would like to know if I can get the library for the pspice model of TL5002, as it would be really helpful for me to simulate the PFC circuit.

Thanks in advance

  • Vishag,

A similar question came up a couple years ago. I do not believe we have a spice model for LM5002. It is a pretty simple circuit. You could likely construct your own model form primitives. If I find something different, I'll let you know.
