Hello,

Could you explain more on your case? I guess you are mentioning the dv/dt that you see from drain to source is too slow. Typically this is not the case. Our customer usually find out 50 to 100 V/ns of dv/dt on the rise edge of switching node. If you can share more information regarding your findings, we are happy to help.
