Hi sir.

I use the Lm74610-Q1 input 1.5V and the load 0.5-0.9A。 It is OK。 But the load in shutdown Mode the load current is about 20uA 。 the Input has 0.3V Dorp. It means do not into T1.

Hi

Minimum 0.48V across MOSFET body diode is needed for the device to work properly.
If Voltage drop is 0.3V, MOSFET will not be turned ON.

But it should not be a concern, as load current is very low 20uA in shutdown mode --> power dissipation is negligible.

Hello Lei Wang,

For the internal charge pump circuit to work, minimum 0.48V voltage is needed at anode-cathode.
Charge pump is used to turn on the MOSFET by driving gate above anode so that Vgs is driven above Vth of the MOSFET.
