I am using TIDA-00355 for designing Li-Ion Battery charger.

From last one month, I am trying to design LLC Transformer, but I failed to do so.

Also I am looking any reference design tool for designing LLC Transformer, so that I will find how to select core, bobbin, wire gauge and calculate winding turn.

Please help me regarding this.

Before starting the design, I recommend you consider our latest resonant LLC converter UCC256301. TIDA-010038 is a good example of it used in an AC/DC power supply with a CV/CC output (which will enable it to work with Li-Ion battery charger). UCC256301 has an excel calculator that includes magnetics www.ti.com/.../sluc634.

For general resonant LLC transfomer design, the following TI PSDS papers can help with design of the magnetics.
