LM2662: Accuracy of LM2662 in inverter mode

Part Number: LM2662

Hi All,

I am using LM2662M in one of my application to convert +5V to -5V. I had to calculate the accuracy of the output voltage for testing purpose. But there is nothing related to accuracy is defined in the datasheet of the component.

Is there any way to calculate the accuracy of the output voltage?

Thanks.

  • Hi Vishal,

Thank you for you interests. Please refer to Figures 3 through 6 for the Vout variation vs Vin, Temperature and load. The output voltage can be calculated with the output source resistance and load current, which basically gives the internal voltage drop from the input. Namely, Vout = - (Vin - Iout x Ro ), where Ro is the output source resistance.

    Thanks,
