    Hello Bogey,
    Thanks for your interest in TI MOSFET products. I would recommend the CSD87333Q3D or CSD87334Q3D half bridge power blocks in 3x3 QFN. Both devices are designed for high duty cycle operation and use the same high side and low side FETs. The CSD87333Q3D is rated for 15A continuous current and the CSD87334Q3D is rated for 20A continuous current with lower rds(on) FETs. Can you share the requirements? This will help me determine which power block is best performance/lowest cost for the application.
