TPS51220A: VDTH and VDTL min/max time

Hi Team,

I have some questions about DRVx-off threshold (VDTH, VDTL).
1. The note of VDTH and VDTL in datasheet is "Specified by design. Not production tested."
What is this mean?
2. The datasheet is Typ value only.
2-1 What is min/max value?
2-2 What is factor for variation of threshold?
3-1. Is the threshold (1V) compare with internal reference?
3-2. How is 1V made?

Hi Ogasawara,

This typical value is defined as the threshold of internal logic circuit, it is not a real reference voltage, and no ATE data check for this item, so it is marked "Specified by design. Not production tested",

Could you please tell why do you want to knot the detailed value about this?
