Is there any individual difference or lot difference in DCM threshold?

If so, how much is it?

    LM20146 detects the switch current zero crossing to enter diode emulation mode or DCM. There is very likely some part to part variation, but that parameter is not characterized. I have personally looked at this in the past and can tell you that it is not perfectly 0 A.
