Assuming the load is very low, eg. 30uA to 40uA, how much current (in addition to the load) will be drawn by the LM5164-Q1 when it wakes up from sleep mode and recharges the capacitor?
This type of event will happen periodically.

Hi Brandon,
The LM5164-Q1 IC has an active input current of between 600uA and 880uA.
The total input current however depends on your specific application.
Inductor ripple current and output capacitance will affect the VIN current required during an output recharge, not to mention the losses from mosfet switching and conduction, inductor core and DCR, and bootstrap capacitor decay.
Ultimately I suggest you measure the current you need for your specific application.
For your reference the LM5164-Q1EVM has a no-load input current of 60uA for 48 VIN and 29uA for 24VIN. However this is an average IQ measured including time spent in sleep.
I hope that was helpful,
