Does TI have an equivalent part number for NXP P/N PMFPB6545UP,115 ?

This is a P-channel MOSFET with Schottky diode combination with NXP package type DFN2020-6.

Thanks for considering us but unfortunately TI does not have a drop in replacement for this device. We do not have shottky diode products and the only thing we could offer would be a single pch FET.
