I have a other question:

Question : Is there ready-made special firmware of TPS65094X that can perform below default voltage and timing sequence ? Also, if the kernel voltage can be configured via SVID, it's OK. Please check which device can be suitable.

1. Platform CPU : Intel Apollo Lake N3350/N4200

2. LPDDR4

3. Various voltage:

VCC_VCGI: 0.45-1.3V

VNN_SVID: 0.45-1.3V

VCCIOA: 0.45-1.3V

Table 3-1 in the datasheet shows the differences between each version of this device. Based on what you want the LDO voltages to be, and whether you want the PMIC_EN pin to reset the PMIC you should go with either the TPS650940 or TPS650944. We are also going to release a forced PWM mode version of the TPS650940 soon which I would recommend for any non-battery powered applications. The part number will be TPS650947.

The device should RTM by early March. The EVM for it will be the same EVM as all of the other TPS65094x devices, TPS650941EVM-116. If you would like samples you can either contact your local TI sales representative, or wait for the device to RTM and order through TI.com.

Also, I realized I had a typo in my last post. The part number is TPS650945.
