TPS62130: TPS62130 can't be forced power down by pulling 'EN' low

After TPS62130 starting up, I try to pull 'EN' low to force it power down, but it seems not working at all. The output voltage is still stable and the PG pin still high. BTW, I connect a 1M ohm resistor to 'EN' to make it low when powering on the board, and route it to one pin of MCU to control it after the board powering on,

Am I missing some thing?

I am having trouble understanding your method of driving the EN Pin. Can you please provide the schematics for this part?
Are you sure your driving signals are within the range for the High and Low level threshold for the EN pin?

"PWR_EN" is connected to MCU. The MCU can kick start the converter by pulling high the "PWR_EN". But when I pull "PWR_EN" low, the converter's output voltage still stable at 6V.

Thanks a lot for sharing the schematics.

Can you please share with me the waveform of the Vin, Vout, EN and the Vsw at the incident you described?

Additionally, since you already have test points across the design, it would be helpful to have the measurements of them as well (especially the signal at EN pin)

Meanwhile, you can also check these two application notes that might be helpful for your application: slva644 and slyt689 (especially point 7)

Thanks for your suggestions, and the docs are very helpful. I did some changes to my design, the board is still in fab now. When the board is back, i'll give my feedback.
