recommendation on DC-DC converter, 12V input, 0.85V out, max 60A

I am looking for power solution for Xilinx Kintex KU3P and Vertex VU9P.

the input power is 12V, output power 0.85V (fpga core power rail)

for KU3P, the max current is 60A

VU9P the max current can be as high as 300-400A

Is there any suggested high efficiency power solution? should i look for a local FAE to answer question and support the design?

Hi Xiaosen,

You may need multi-phase buck controller products for these high current applications.

For 0.85V/60A, you may refer to TPS51631, TPS56327, TPS53626.

For 0.85V/300-400A, I don't have the information from my product line, but I believe TI should have these products.

It won't be better that if you can contact a local FAE to support you.

For the 0.85V/60A please use the TPS53647 4-phase PMBus controller. Has full PMBus and pinstrapping.
