BQ25895: VSYS no power

Dear Engineers,

Is there a situation that the BQ25895 will not supply power to the VSYS？The battery's power is sufficient.

Continual press the button or plug out the external power supply can't change the situation.
Solder the battery and plug it back in (power off the BQ and power it up) it will return to normal.

Can you describe more detail about your testing procedure?
Do you mean BQ25895's buck converter didn't work? Or BATFET is turn off during battery mode condition?
If it is possible, can you send your schematic to me for double checking?
