Hi ,

I am using BQ40Z50-R1 . I am performing the cell over voltage protection testing and I see the fuse flag to be set high . I cannot reset it and I dont see any permanent failure or protection flags set high . Please find the attached registers screen capture below . I need to reset it and recover it to charge and discharge .

Are you using the evm? If you are try a reset command. I don't know how you managed to get a fuse failure and disable both your chg and dsg fets. If nothing works, reflash the evm with the gauge fw.
