Via in Pad of LMG1020...

I want to connect inverting input pin and GND pin of lmg1020 to internal ground plane through VIA ON PAD itself...

Is it safe to do that(As LMG1020 has BGA packaging)...?

If it's safe then please suggest VIA parameters for the same...

    Hi Hitesh,

    thanks for your great questions!
    this is safe, to reduce loop inductance in the VDD path you can connect the GND via to the adjacent layer.

    similarly IN- can be connected with a via to the GND plan directly below.
    you can use tented 6mil hole with 12mil diameter similar to the EVM as seen in figure 4 in the link below.
