TPS53319: We want to double check whether the device can accept 10uF for the VREG of TPS53319

The literature does not state explicitly any limits for the VREG capacitance. All of the reference designs I have seen use 1 uF. 10 uF is an order of magnitude larger though. Typically these internal linear regulators are designed for a specific output capacitance. While I'm sure there is some tolerance, I doubt that we have any test data for any case other than 1 uF. Is there a specific reason why you want to deviate from the recommended value?
