Hi,

I'd like to know how the reverse current block function work?

If there is no Vin(0V), without EN(0V), but Vout is 5V, does reverse current block function still work?

Hi Chung,

The device blocks reverse current when it is in disabled state. So, when EN=0V, reverse current block function will work.

So the block function still work even if Vin=0V?

BTW, I'd like to know how this function worked internal, back to back MOSFET? thank you very much!

Hi Chung,

Correct. Reverse current block function still work even if Vin=0V
The device has back-to-back connected FETs to realize reverse current block functionality.
