I used TLV61046A to convert one cell Li-On battery to 5 V with maximum 0.3 A at output. And I need to disconnect battery to keep its charge longer after turn off.

In spec for TLV61046A mentioned: True Disconnection between Input and Output during Shutdown.

But when I put 0 V on EN input I have 0.85 V at output. The current from battery is about 200 uA not less then 10uA as expected. When EN=1 Output voltage is 5 V. The EN voltage goes from Flip-Flop.

Even I create EN=O V by peace of wire the same 0.85 V I have at DC-DC converter Output.

Hi Sergey:
How long this phenomenon exits? Short-lived or long time?

How about short the EN to GND with a wire directly?
If the phenomenon is similar, may you share your schematic and layout for me?

Thanks for answer.

The problem exist a long time and cause a discharge of my battery.

I did shunt EN input of IC directly to ground by 0 Ohm resistor ( it's easy for me) but problem continue to exist.

Please share the schematic and you setup conformance for me. I'll check it after i back office.

Besides, is only TLV61046 in your board? Have you replace the IC in case of it damage already.

And have you try replace the IC in case of it has broken already.

Something wrong - I can't download file. I have tried PDF and word.

I have no more available converters but the second sample has 0.79V at its output with EN=0.

Hi Sergey:
I have tested the EVM, there is no similar issue.

You may apply some sample or EVM for further test. I'm afraid that the IC maybe damaged already if your setup and circuit have no error.
