Hi, i have 2 issues,

1) The bq7694003 IC just stops responding sometimes after working absolutely fine for weeks. Replacing the IC makes everything work again. The IC work with normal temperature... i built 5 no. and issue happened in 2 boards after replacing the IC the issue was resolved and again the issue came in the other 3 boards also after 2 weeks...

2) We're using 100 Ohms and 0.1 uF capacitors for current sense filtering. There's a lot of noise in the current sense. However, if we remove all the filter components and replace 100 Ohms by 0 Ohms, we get perfectly fine current sensing.

please share email id, if you need to review the circuit diagram will mail you... my product is working fine but only issue is IC stop working after a week time...

Hi Akanksha,

I send you a E2E friend request with my email address. You can send the schematic to me for review. This issue is very unusual, so we need to see if something might be causing damage to the device.

Regarding the current sense filtering, we do not recommend using less than 100 ohms since this is the minimum allowed by the datasheet. Using less might cause abs max limits to be exceeded. See this previous thread: e2e.ti.com/.../1645390
