BQ78350-R1: A question regarding golden cycling with different CHEM ID

I got a golden cycling done and generated golden file  for one of my bq76920+bq78350-r1 project, and at that time, I was using bqStudio 1.3.54.1, and chosen Chem ID 2064 (INR18650NH1 3.2Ah)  for the cell 2155 Chem ID (INR18650F1L 3.35Ah). It is because I didn’t see CHEM ID 2155 in bqStudio 1.3.54.1.

Right now, my customer asked me:
I think the Chem ID database in bqStudio needs updated.  Our database shows the INR18650F1L cell…..see attached.  Please advise if it is acceptable to keep the Chem ID as 2064 (INR18650NH1 3.2Ah) without having any negative impact on pack performance or if all boards need updated with the 2155 Chem ID (INR18650F1L 3.35Ah) since it is available in the Chem ID database?

Please let me know whether there is any negative impact on pack performance? Or another way to say: can we use  the finished golden file which based on Chem ID2064 without having any negative impact on pack performance or I’d better program with 2155 Chem ID and redo golden cycling and generate new golden file?

Please advise.

    The BQ78350 is a CEDV gauge, so ChemID is not as critical as it is for Impedance Track gauges. For the BQ78350, the ChemID is only used to initially estimate the SOC when the device powers up or is reset. In some applications, it might rarely be used. The difference between the two ChemIDs (2155 and 2064) is not large.

    I do not know your application details, but updating the ChemID is only important if you need the most accurate initial SOC estimate after a Reset. Using the other ChemID will result in a slightly different SOC reading until the application has gone through a charge/discharge cycle.
