CCS/UCD3138: how much the value of the capacitance is betweent GND with Fault1,Fault2 Pin in UCD3138 ?

Have someone know:

 how much the  value of the capacitance is betweent AGND Pin with Fault1,Pin in UCD3138064 and how much the  value of the capacitance is betweent AGND Pin with Fault0 Pin in UCD3138064 ?

or how much the  value of the capacitance is betweent DGND Pin with Fault1,Pin in UCD3138064 and how much the  value of the capacitance is betweent DGND Pin with Fault0 Pin in UCD3138064 ?

If anyone konw it please tell me .

  • There is no requirement for placing any capacitor between Fault pins and GND.
    These are digital input pins. What is the purpose of the capacitors, de-bouncing? Where the signal comes from?
  • Oh  maybe you  misunderstand my question,i very sorry about my poor English.. i don't want to placing a  any capacitor between Fault1 pins and GND.

    i  just want to konw as an ic what value between that two pin. i used LCR to measure it , but i found it not correct Because when i use CP-D mode The reasult is about 600 pf ,But in CS-D mode is  about 1.5nf.

    So i think maybe the ic inner circuit effect the value.

    So i post this question.

    And think in ucd3138064 ic the captance betweenthat two pin are not 0。

    And i hope you can tell me some message about The captance or impedance  about each pin in ucd3138064

    i hope this i can describe  my question more clearly.

  • For example i used multimeter chose to measure resistance mode,And then the black probe touch the AGND pin of ucd3138064 and the red probe touch the falut1 pin .then i can read the Resistance value between this two pin.

    And now i want to konw the capacitance between this two pin.But i can't measure it.

    Have any manual to introduce ic each pin capacitance or implement ,please send me .i am really grateful to you.
    i have read ucd3138064 and ucd3138 datasheet But i haven't found that meassage.
  • Sorry for the misunderstanding.
    The input capacitance is in the range of single digit pico-farads ( < 10 pF).
    The additional PCB trace capacitance can be in the same range or bigger.

    By the way since these are digital inputs, I guess they relate to DGND and not AGND.

    i not really understand what is additional pcb trace means.can you describe more about it.
    it is possible that the input capacitance of falut0 pin and fault1 will beyond 400pf? if the pin use as IIC function in ucd3138064.
  • By PCB trace, I mean the capacitance of your printed circuit board conductors.
    And, no with I2C or without I2C the input capacitance will not be 400 pF.
