Hi,

I dont think i have the data for the ESD diode but normally you don't want to turn on this diode.
The value above are the abs max for the SW node negative voltage. Therefore on your design, you need to be more positive than this number. Since the part is non-synchronous, therefore you need an external schottky outside which have a forward voltage drop of 0.4V which is smaller than 0.6V
