LP5036: LP5036 EVM doesn't work with EVM cotrol program error.

Hello guys,

One of our customers is evaluating LP5036 with TI EVM for their next products.

The customer bought LP5036EVM and they installed the GUI software. But the program error was happened when they started up the program.

The error messages were below.

Windows Script Host

script ： LP50￥launcher￥oneui_nw_launch.vbs

Row：30

Word：1

Error：file was not found.

Code：8007002

Source：(null)

Do you give me any advice or comment to fix the error?

Do you mean the firmware is GUI software, "LP50EVM GUI"(SLVC713A)?

I'll ask the customer to take the screen shot and will send you it as soon as I get it.
