In my circuit, I'm using BQ24210 to charge a large Li-Ion battery (10.4AH) from both a 6V solar Panel and also from a 5V wall charger. We're using this in Vin Tracking mode (VDPM is floating). However, I'm unable to charge the battery past 3.8V-3.9V. The PG LED (Red color in below schematic) turns on, but the CHG stays off. i've tried removing both the power and battery but that doesn't have any effect on the circuit.
