On one of the computers we are using in production, launching BQEVSW creates an install loop that consistently fails to install. I've narrowed it down, and it appears that the problem lies somewhere in the GraphSBS software. After a long time an error message reports that "The connection to the installation server has timed out". It will gothrough this 3-4 times, with the delay from launch to error message coming in around 20-30 minutes.
