Iout=4A

Compliant CISPR 22/24 Class B

Either isolated IC or non-isolated IC may be used.

Does TPS54360B compliant CISPR 22/24 Class B?

Hi,

I think this is dependent also on the layout of your board as well as the selection of your filter components
If you need a 2A device, this datasheet has some info on the radiated and conducted EMI

Unfortunately i could not find the sample design for TPS54360B with CISPR-22 but the part is quite similar to the LMR16030 above.
