Hi Luck,
this device can't support 2.4A input current. I would suggest other solutions such as TPS61087 or TPS61089.

Hi Luck,
as the 1A output current is closed to the maximum output current of the TPS61087. I would suggest selecting 650KHz switching to get high efficiency. connect the Freq to gnd to get 650KHz, and increase the inductor to 6.8uH. 33K+1.5nF for compensation.
