TPS82130: Bode Plot to measure stability

Hello Team,

is it possible to measure the gain/phase with no load connected of a DCS controlled TPS82130 with a network analyzer? 

We measured -82° phase margin and -17dB gain margin at a cross over frequency of 140kHz with a load drawing 0.45A. With no load connected or very light load we got weird results and would like know if the IC is stable also when almost no load is connected.
