IC has marking:

IDT-3.3

    Hi Vladimir,

    This topside marking refers to the orderable device LM1117IDT-3.3/NOPB.  This device was originally released by National Semiconductor before the acquisition which is why the National Semiconductor logo is on the topside marking instead of a TI Marking.
