The information is confidential. If you want to have a look, I can suggest an excellent book to have an idea on the state of the art of the power MOS, the title is "Fundamental of power semiconductor devices", the author is Prof. B. J. Baliga. In the chapter related the power MOSFET (in my version is chapter 6) you can find a lot of detailed information.
