TPS22990: TPS22990 load switch soft start timing

Hello,

in regards to the rise time/soft start for the TPS22990 load switch, is there a maximum CT capacitor that can be used?  I noticed that table 1 of the datasheet lists 10000pF as the maximum with a rise time of 404uS with a 3.3V input.  I would like to extend the rise time to something between 2ms and 10ms.  Is this possible?

    There is no maximum CT capacitor that can be used on the TPS22990. It is possible to extend the rise time by using a large CT capacitor. I tried looking at our characterization data to find a configuration for 2ms-10ms but was unable to. I recommend testing a similar configuration on our TPS22990EVM to finalize your results.
