We have a  different topology -  simpler but has special needs for full control- especially if we do synchronous rectification.

So our quest is to explore the full capabilities of UCD3138- in order to minimize external glue logic to extract gate timings. Of course, the preferred approach will be to use UCD3138 in this novel application to its max capabilities.

Pl see attached waveforms and what timings need to be created in by UCD3138 hopefully by the DPWMs in one mode or another.

- the sensed signals we can provide are totally isolated and with least delays: such as isolated line voltage sensing, isolated fast current sensing etc. They are fast and miniature. These can be input to the UCD3138 device with rectified form as well, bandwidth of the circuit being > 1 MegHz so zero crossings are pretty sharp.

How do we get the Synch gate waveforms which depend upon line voltage polarity, Same applies to "discharge gate" waveform timings.

Are these at all possible by using inside state machine capabilities of the UCD3138?
