Hi Kunal,

For TPS561201 layout, you could refer to TPS565201EVM. The key is to put input cap and inductor close to the device. Please try to shorten the trace between C92/C10 to Vin and GND pin. And inductor pad to SW should also be shortened. It is better to place R89 and C86 far way from device and also use 0603 R89.

For TPS54340, the same rules also applied. And my question is that why do you choose a 42V deivce for 15Vin? We have TPS56x201 family from 1A to 5A.

TO keep Common inventory , at other product we have 24V input supply.

Okay, got it. Just want to mention that we have 17V TPS56x201 and 28V TPS54x02 family pin to pin. It is more suitable for your Vin.
