BQ25703A: Unable to Sample ADC with battery only (Not in Low Power Mode)

I disabled the Low power mode after I removed the battery, and send adc_start command through I2C. However, there is no any update from battery voltage reading nor any other ADC readout. They just stay as the last readout before I disconnect the battery.

BTW, I never got voltage from internal LDO such as REGN, ADC etc., while operating on battery alone regardless the setting of Low Power Mode enable/disable.

Hi,

As you mentioned you remove battery, so will your AC adaptor is always plug in during your testing?

And could you advise how you program BQ25703A to read ADC data?

BTW, can you also share your internal register setting for us?
