Asking for the reset IC recommendation

Hi team,

customer would like to use the reset IC as below requirement. Could you give me the datasheet and suggestion part with minimum package size?

Below is our application:
1. Vin abs. 6V and VIN min. <2.4V
2. Vout current capability is 10mA at least
3. Delay is needed when Vin from low to high, Vout delay for a specific period then output.
4. Delay minimum time is 60ms at least (fixed or programmable by external capacitance)

is TPS3831 ok for this application?

    Yes TPS3831 meets the requirements and is the smallest device we have that meets the requirements. You can also use TPS3890 (programmable delay, and sense pin) although not as small package and only recommend up to 5.5V Vin although abs max is 7V Vin.

    Those are the devices I recommended.
