    I will help you to review the circuit then feedback to you soon.
    During AC mode, the PMID voltage will be closed to Vin
    During battery mode, the PMID voltage will be closed to battery voltage
    During OTG mode, the PMID voltage will be closed to 5V

    Hi,
    After reviewing your BQ24296M circuit, I think it should be ok for me. Only one item need your confirmation.
    ==>SCL/SDA pull high voltage is 5V, please double check your system I/O voltage level in case is too high.
