TPS63020EVM-487: Vout ripple

Dear all

When I test the EVM, if there is not load, the ripple of Vout is up to 100mV, as below picture, after I adjust load current up to 0.5A, the ripple of Vout is normal with 20mV, Is it normal ?

Hello Went,

Is it possible that the jumper on JP2 is set to PWR Save ON? If this is the case, the converter is in highest efficiency mode and therefore switches until the output voltage is above the limit and then waits until it falls below the limit.
Please check if the ripple gets lower when setting JP2 to OFF.
