Hi Sir,

Does TI have Xilinx XCZU19EG ref Design?

Or any suggest for VCCINT 0.85V @80A with PMBus solution?

    Hi Hugo,

    TI does have reference designs for that particular FPGA. If you visit our processor power portal you can select Xilinx and the specific SKU you're looking to design with. Then a list of our recommended parts plus any ref designs will be linked.

    For the XCZU19EG you mentioned our portal only lists a 20Amax VCCINT rail. However, for 80A with PMBus I would recommend the TPS53647 controller with CSD95490Q5MC power stages. In a 3 phase configuration you will be able to meet all of Xilinx's specifications.
