What is the recommended copper weight for LM3150 12A design?

    Hello Jeff,

    It will depend on the trace thickness used to carry the higher currents. In general I recommend using 2oz of copper weight anything over 5A of current.

    For example, if you use a weight of copper of 2oz, I suggest around 200 mils trace thickness as a minimum for carrying 12A.
