search for reset IC which could be as counter to count 2s then de-assert reset

Hi expert,

My customer wants to search for reset IC for their router application. CPU will assert a GPIO for reset and they want to cut off adapter power to system through a MOSFET under-controlled. After certain time period(2 seconds or longer), RESET will be de-asserted automatically then main switch will turn on again, adapter can power system again. Do we have solution could meet this application? 

Condition : 19Vin, GPIO from CPU but only one shot since we would turn off main switch to disconnect system to adapter.
