BQ34Z100-G1: Average current is zero with bq34z100-g1 EVM and GDK board

HI team

To use Chemical ID Selection tool, I want to get the log file of Voltage, Average current and temperature at charging and discharging.

So Connected bq34z100-g1 EVM and GDK board and battery cell, then run the bq-studio.

But average current is zero, others voltage and temperature are OK.

Would you please let me know how to fix this issue. ?

In case of only bq34z100-g1 EVM, Average current is no problem.

Hi K.Kanao,

The GDK does not support the bq34z100-g1.

Please use the bq34z100-g1 as a logger to generate IVT logs for the GPCCHEM tool.

There is an onboard bq27241-G1 single cell gauge.

Hi K.Kanao,

You can use the on-board bq27241-G1 gauge for the log data. Another alternative would be to order any of the single cell gauges from the bq2754x line.
