I see the 6.5 Electrical Characteristics was guaranteed in TA = –40°C to +85°C , what's the IC boad carrier,was IC on the EVM board ?
because specified temp is TA not Tj , so I really think Tj of TPS61199 on my board was difference because of different board thermal info, so even TPS61199 datasheet recommend operating ambient temp is -40-85 , but it maybe not suitable for my board , did I think right ?
My customer LCD dispaly application: Vin=12V ,6p/9s LEDs ,using 6 channel ,70mA/ch, Vled=3.6V*9=32.4V . reliability verification test high temp condition is +85°C ,do you think TPS61199 was suitable for this application ?
do you have more thermal info of IC ,I think the mostly power dissipation was on external power MOSFET , but IC also have some dissipation, how to estimate Tj ?
